Returns & Exchanges
While we hope you absolutely love your purchase, sometimes that may not be the case - it may be too big, or the style is just not YOU. We understand, and will gladly work with you to ensure your experience at Chic & Co is a pleasurable one. Just let us know how we can correct it by sending you a new size, color, or style, or issuing you a quick refund!
No Returns if garment has been worn or altered.
Return/Refund must be requested within 7 days of purchase (within 7 days of receipt, if ordered online)
Once item(s) is received in original and unworn condition, the return/refund/exchange process will begin.
Refunds are provided for the amount of the item purchased, if within return policy guidelines. If after the allowed timeframe, approval is required and returns are then processed at the current listed price (sale, clearance).
Shipping charges are not available for refund
Exchanges are available up to 30 days after purchase, providing the item is still in stock.
Management reserves the right to deny the return/refund/exchange for any of the causes listed, including non tangible damages, such as odors, etc.

Please include order number, reason for return and if you’d like to return or exchange. If exchange, please specify what item (color and size) you’d like.
